ABOUT

Dee Brown is an author, organizational consultant, adult educator, Licensed Mental Heath Counselor, Certified Human Behavior Consultant and Business & Executive coach. She has Masters degree in Counseling and Theology. Dee has a BSN in Behavioral Science and Nursing. Dee is a seasoned national and international speaker, known for her practical, transparent, down to earth style, candid presentation with a sense of humor. Dee’s calling has taken her to minister, and speak in the USA, United Kingdom, Zambia, South Africa, Republic of South Africa, Central Asia , Kazakhstan, and Canada.

Dee was a Co-founder and Program Development Specialist for Women’s Leadership Network, a global organization mentoring women ready to intentionally pursue their unique pathway to purpose. She is a founding board member of various organizations profit and non-profit organizations which serve the community of the Pacific Northwest.

As a Certified Human Behavioral Consultant, Dee founded Community Bridge Builders whose focus is to mobilize, and establish collaborative community partnerships by developing leadership enrichment training programs.

She is the CEO and founder of Cornerstone Center which offers counseling, coaching and training. She has had a private counseling practice since 1990. A multi-purpose enterprise with a unique ministry focuses on “the journey to wholeness and an outreach path on coaching people to reach and release their fullest potential and God-given destiny.” Cornerstone teaches individuals, couples, families and organizations to identify root obstacles and patterns which prevent healing and deliverance. Dee inspires people to reach beyond seemingly impossibilities and live victoriously.

Dee is the co-founder of Educate Success, a national and international transformational program designed to eliminate barriers that sabotage personal and professional success. She imparts hope and practical tools to encourage people to walk in freedom in order to become all that God has ordained for their lives.

She has an apostolic call to ignite a fire to mobilize and train churches to develop relationally safe, transforming and healing communities. She has been a pastoral consultant training in diverse communities both nationally and internationally since 1978. She teaches on a variety of victorious living empowerment skills such as: Bondage breaking, healing and deliverance tools, spiritual warfare, breaking the silence of passive-aggressive cycles, boundaries, leadership development and spiritual gifts.

An adult educator she has taught educational and mental health classes in colleges. As well as, teaching in Washington state prisons. Dee developed various programs addressing addictions, family systems, cultural influence, emotional and anger management, grief, and parenting skills focused on transitioning back into the community after incarceration. Dee continues outreach to those in prisons and those transitioning back into communities.

She has authored a variety of training materials addressing spiritual, relational and emotional health. She is a retired nursing administrator in the medical and mental health fields.
She has a passion to equip and empower people to live triumphantly, tap their creative abilities, maximize potential, enhance motivation and fulfill their life purposes individually and
professionally. As a motivational speaker, she offers yearly Victorious Living Seminars. Dee is frequently asked to speak at retreats and conferences.

Dee has been married for almost 50 years; has two adult children. She loves being a “Nana” to her three grandchildren and speaking into their lives to build a foundational legacy for the next generation.
